Hi - looks like a good topic - I work for the Australian Flexible Learning Framework and many of you may know about ARED version 2 . This is a neat little program that allows virtual beginners with reasonable skills to build simple short interactive teaching guides, quizes, etc. You can download it for free from http://www.flexiblelearning.net.au/flx/go/home/projects/2006/newpra...

Hi Malanie I have tried ARED but found that the out put is too small for our Technical details though it is easy to use and a handy aid. Just gave up with it as a result of this small size students cannot see details on house & building plans. Do you know if you can get the size larger?

Hi Rob
thanks for that feedback - useful to hear. I don't know if you can make the size larger - good question and I will follow up with our technical people. Just for information a new version - ARED V2.1 - has just been released and is available for download from www.flexiblelearning.net.au
This is a new look site so if in doubt use the search engine to find it.
Rob have you found any other tools that work well for your purpose. I am always keen to hear what others are using.
