E-learning Project Connect

Connecting e-learning jobs, e-learning projects, and e-learning professionals.

Hi guys,
We have developed the Tourism E-Kit see: http://www.atdw.com.au/tourism_e_kit.asp
it's designed for the tourism industry to enable them to get online, it's been pretty succesful so far, my question is, would it adapt itself to e-learning?
Sorry if the question is a bit dumb, but I am new to all this stuff but very passionate about industry education.

Cheers
Wendy

Hello Wendy + tourism management educators,
Don't know the upload limitations of this platform to share an video-docu on problem based learning, involving university students in practical local tourism promotion (website development) in Northern Mozambique.
UCM (www.ucm.ac.mz) applies PBL (problem based learning) at its campus in Pemba. The innovative part is to jointly identify and develop webpages between tourism management and information technology students in collaboration with local touristic and cultural initiatives (that usually are left out (though maybe "hidden secrets" and therefore are not known even by visiting tourists in the top lodges at Quirimba Islands. Nevertheless, their socioeconomic or cultural activities might be a promotional factor for individuals to choose Pemba (3rd biggest bay in the world) as a holiday destiny, as they often "present" traditional values and regional history to interested visitors.
