Connecting Linkedin with Slideshare presentations

I joined Linkedin out of curiosity maybe a year ago, not looking for contacts, never expecting much at all, really. My account certainly hasn't been very active because I don't tend it as I should. However, the addition of my Slideshare account may give my Linkedin account a boost. I think that Slideshare is the perfect tool for displaying my professional interests and capabilities as a teacher.

Thanks Simon, I had seen that linkedin had added apps but I haven't had the chance to use them yet. It's interesting that you like the Slideshare app. You know you can probably add presos to your blog here too... hmm what about using vodpod? Does that agregate slideshare stuff too? must investigate.

Like yourself I joined LinkedIn thinking it could be usefull, but so far it has served little purpose. I get the occasional nibble for moodle work through it, but now i can add my conference presentations it is kinda neet. Still think Ill send ppl to my blog rather than my LinkedIn page though.
